ChatPartner is a AI-trainable helpdesk bot. The founders wanted to dig up product insights, and also needed an initial design reference to pitch to investors.

On this project, I conducted UX research, spoke with potential customers, and established the initial design system.

CONCLUSION

The project owner is currently seeking feedback from stakeholders and investors.
